Circuit Classes
These classes are a mix of strength training as well as buliding stamina and flexibility. We'll get your heart rate up, but there will be a focus on toning and building those muscles for a slick physique. An excellent choice for any fitness level.

Boot Camp
In this 6 week course, you sign on for some friendly competition and teamwork. It's not all war games though, diversity is key and sweat is sexy! The activities will test your strength, endurance, agility and strategy.



Zumba®
Work it, Shake it, Move it, Make it! For people who don't exercise - then DANCE!

Beach Olympics
Tuesday January 18th, will include sunshine, ocean and people vying for prizes and prestige. There will be events for both individuals and teams, some for fitness and some just for fun.
